Welcome to TRADITIONAL HOUSES BY THE SEA, in the beautiful bay of Agios Petros. TRADITIONAL HOUSES BY THE SEA include four studios and three traditional houses made of stone. They are built within a private property of 12km2 comprising an orchard with fruit-bearing, almond and olive trees. Access via private road; parking space provided.

Agios Petros is a secluded small bay in the south-eastern part of the island, 8km from the port of Patitiri. It is a place of stunning natural beauty as it is spread with pine, cypress and olive trees, let alone rich natural vegetation.

Agios Petros beach is both sandy and pebbly. Having no direct access to the public road, it is a peaceful spot far from crowded spaces and noise. If you like discretion and privacy, this is the right place for you!

The old farmhouse was fully renovated and transformed into a traditional two-storey house comprising four studios: Linari, Mirtilo, Papyrus & Helianthem.

Studios have a total area of 20-25m2 each. Single-space & serviced studios. First-floor studios have balconies with front sea view and two spacious dining table sets made of stone, located under the olive trees in the back yard. The ground floor studio has access to part of the central yard. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor traditional oven and the BBQ in the central yard.

Private parking space (at 100m distance) communicating with the main facilities via a lovely stone path. Just 100m from the beach! What's more, boat-owners are welcome to leave their boat in the bay of Agios Pertos and keep an eye on them from the studio balconies.
